  • Refunds are applicable only for items that arrive broken or not as described.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection of products, as all items are sold under wholesale terms.

• Refund Request Period:

  • You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product. Please email us at akshaygemscrystal@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.
  • Include clear photos of the damaged or defective products as evidence.

• Non-Refundable Items:

  • Products that are used, worn, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
  • Custom-made items or special orders cannot be refunded unless defective.

• Return Shipping:

  • If approved for a refund, you will be responsible for shipping the items back to us. The return shipping cost is non-refundable.

• Refund Processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the above criteria.

• Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it. After this time, we begin processing your order and will be unable to accommodate cancellations.
